Design + Development
Once we obtain initial concept approval, we delve into shaping an overall vision for your home. Whether we're starting from scratch or incorporating existing spaces, we brainstorm ideas, create floor plans, select finishes and materials to develop a creative, strategic plan to bring every detail to life.

implementatioN
We take charge of construction and installation, handling all the details. Our team coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring a single point of contact for you. We act as your advocate, ensuring a seamless project that meets your vision.

PROCUREMENT
As furniture and decorative items have been approved and signed off on, we will place all orders and handle all the logistics for deliveries while providing quality control making sure your items are in perfect condition.

Installation
We set aside time for all the decorative items we purchased along the way to be delivered by our team and installed in your home. This is the day when you see all of our hard work pay off!
04
Closure
As we near project completion, we'll conduct a final walkthrough to address any issues. After closing all items, you'll receive a project binder and final invoice. We'll also schedule a photoshoot for your new space.
